The work proposes shift from patient’s electronic health being managed controlled by industry to patient-centric application where patients are control their data. aim research build an Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) layered on Ethereum blockchain platform smart contract order eliminate need for third-party systems. With system, provider can search request consent access it. Patients manage which expedited across EHR Each stored peer-to-peer node ledger. proposed cross-platform compliant, it be accessed via personal computers mobile devices facilitates providers gathered unified format. framework tested private network using Ganache. results show effectiveness with respect security, privacy, performance interoperability.
